1.Working in “YOUNGONE GROUP(Woven)” as “Team Manager” in “Material Control Department”.
Served from: 1st January 2002-23 December2009.
Major Responsibilities:
 To deal as incharge for Buyer-Land’s End, Sears (USA), Marmot (USA), Puma, Burton.
 Material relived from Vessels and Check the materials, if need any changed, to conform our Korea Team to take a necessary step to solve the problem.
 Performing the key responsibilities as head of Pre- audit (internal audit)
 Maintain strong liaison with the related unit offices including all the branches of country.
 Supervise all works of subordinate officers & staff.
 To check the data input & output by our international system SAP.
 To check materials order sheet,PO sheet, BOM sheet, costing, consumption and sometimes need to order for local materials and also reported to our yo team or bd team.
2. Now working at “CLIFTON GROUP(Knit)” as a “Asst:General Manager(Departmental Head) in Central store with Supply Chain Management Baizid Bostami Road,Chittagong,Bangladesh from 17 December,2009 to till now.
• Entirely responsible to organize central store / warehouse of the manufacturing unit.
• Have to maintain inventory of store by Manual System and Help to implement Modern Inventory Management Software (ERP).
• Good knowledge on Inventory policy, lead time verification, long lead item forecasting, while meeting inventory accuracy and targets.
• Responsible to arrange yearly physical inventory of finished fabrics, Non export quality fabrics, raw materials & submit to the authority in time with reconciliation.
• Have to run the whole operation with a Time management to achieve company goal & objectives.
• Receive store materials from local, foreign suppliers and any other sources as per LC / purchase approval document.
• Distribute store materials/Goods as per requisition.
• Have to maintain proper records, receive stores, tags and track surplus goods.
• Have to generate regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and maintain required MIS- with sound knowledge on store Quality Assurance.
• Good sound knowledge on store auditing.
• Liaison with Commercial department for imported materials stock and keep in track whether materials uses as per forecast and raise purchase order/materials requisition form in due time.
• Track shipments and stock levels using computer software.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers.
• Ensuring that goods received by warehouse are matched with the actual invoices from the suppliers in the ERP system.
• Plan and monitor the implementation of the annual, quarterly and monthly maintenance budget.
• Responsible for negotiating the best terms of purchase of the equipment spare parts and services.
• Responsible of the utilization of the strategic sourcing methodology process and guarantees their compliance.
• Follow up Customs legal requirements during full supply chain process.
• Organizing, planning and securing essential transportation of material inbound, outbound, direct shipments and international consignment.
• Understand internal & external customers needs, service those needs, maintain and develop positive business relationships.
• Manage / coordinate with the production planning, operations planning process and including supply / demand forecasting, and on time delivery.
• Ensure material availability through material requirements planning including material procurement.
• Analyze all aspects of logistics in conjunction with Finance & Accounts department to determine the most cost effective or efficient means of manufacturing products or supplies.
• Maintaining the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal & Compliance requirements.
• Any others job assigned by the Management.
