An experienced economic researcher and Capital Market campaigner with more than seven years of experience and successful record of accomplishment in research projects, portfolio management, products innovation, service delivery, and target attainment. He had been instrumental in the development of portfolio management department of MTB Capital limited (MTBCL), a subsidiary of Mutual Trust Bank (MTB). “MTB Green Cap”, one of his innovative designed products especially, for the merchant banking, becomes one of the highest performing products of MTBCL. He brought the idea of collaboration with a leading telecom brand to promote his innovative product for the very first time in the capital market arena. Motiur has the ability to pretend the market trend and more than 75% accuracy had been achieved through technical analysis. He has the motivational power as he dealt with the riskiest product in Bangladesh context. His journey to Capital Market started back in 2010 when he used to work with BRAC EPL Investments limited. He expert himself from service delivery to billing and portfolio management. During his stay with BRAC EPL investments limited, he performed as the senior executive and Branch Manager. For outstanding performance, he achieved the best employee award once from the management. Currently has been deployed for establishing a new department named Service Quality department for Mutual Trust Bank Limited. Prior to joining in this role, he has served in Mutual Trust Bank Research and Development department for almost two years.
