Transaction Coordinator for Commercial Real Estate

We are looking for a Transaction Coordinator to help coordinate the end-to-end process from sourcing and analyzing properties to marketing and executing the sales transaction. Prior commercial real estate experience is not as important as strong experience with coordinating multiple parties and working against a project timeline and milestones. Key Responsibilities 1. Project manage all aspects of sourcing and closing a commercial real estate deal 2. Work closely with company founder to design project plan and review status daily 3. Coordinate with a diverse set of actors involved in completing the transaction including: Property sellers, Underwriters, Realty brokers, Loan brokers, Investors Affiliate partners. 4. Maintain good communication and accountability to ensure that complex and aggressive project timelines are known and met by all parties. Skills and Abilities: 1. A high degree of personal accountability 2. Self-starter with ability to work autonomously 3. Detail-oriented, organized and thorough 4. Able to understand complex processes and create a project plan 5. Follow-up and follow-through 6. Positive attitude 7. Able to think creatively and troubleshoot problems 8.
